As a full-service prototyping and contract manufacturing company, at Davis Industries, we operate a fully equipped sheet metal fabrication department. We have exceptional skills in all aspects of metal fabrication and a strong background in the aerospace, military, and commercial industries. With our expertise at optimizing the design and construction of sheet metal fabrications, we supply everything from sheet metal parts to custom electronic enclosures,  and complex assemblies.

As experienced fabricators, we understand the importance of using CAD to optimize designs and then develop a strategic work plan that synchronizes all shop floor activities. With in-house capabilities that include CNC, press brake forming, CNC punching, and stamping, we can accommodate a large mix of product requirements. We work with sheet measuring as large as 48.0” wide x 180.0” long in gauge sizes from .010” to .125” thick. Types of metal we fabricate include aluminum, stainless steel, architectural alloys, titanium, and others, such as perforated metal and steel plate.

Our fabrication staff has extensive experience, and everyone participates in the effort to facilitate the overall manufacturing process. We have a wide range of available tooling and can engineer custom tooling for specialized applications. Along with AWS certified welding (commercial), we offer an extensive range of secondary operations, finish treatments, and product assembly.
